We focus on small-batch, chef-driven breads made from scratch in our Irving kitchen—enriched doughs, structured sandwich loaves, baguettes, and seasonal specialty bakes.
Each batch starts with proper fermentation, balanced formulas, and ingredients chosen for both flavor and structure. Some releases lean classic and everyday. Others are more indulgent or seasonal.
